The line you draw in clay becomes the hamon
Forge Japanese swords: hammer tamahagane steel, draw the temper line with your fingertip, and quench at the right moment. Fill orders, raise your smith level, and copy the ten legendary blades of history.
FAQ
Q. I ran out of tamahagane. You receive fresh tamahagane every day. You can also watch an ad in the forge to receive more right away.
Q. The quench failed (the edge cracked). You plunged too late — the steel went cold. Watch the glow and enter the water within the bright window. After a failure, you can re-quench via an ad, keeping your clay line and forged steel.
Q. My order keeps coming up "Missed".Two conditions: draw a wave matching the sample (trace the golden dotted line), and reach the required ★. The ★ comes from good hammer hits and quench timing. The clay screen tells you "Match ◎" when your line is close enough.
Q. I can't sign my blades.Signing unlocks at Smith Level 2 (Signature Bearer) — raise your Renown to 30 by filling orders.
Q. What is an "utsushi"?A faithful copy of a famous historical blade. Open the Meito Catalog, study the original, then trace its hamon closely. Copy all ten to complete your lifetime goal.
Q. Will my data survive a new phone?Data is stored on your device. Transfer between devices is not yet supported (planned for a future update).
Q. I want to change ad tracking settings. You can change it anytime in iOS Settings → Hamon → Tracking.
